Why have holes repaired?

A hole in your parking lot or driveway is a safety issue not only for pedestrians but vehicles as well. Patching holes is the most effective repair when the surface has been damaged, neglected or no maintenance has been done. The benefits of fixing the asphalt are that it beautifies the lot, improves the functionality of your lot or driveway as well as helps drainage issues. If a maintenance plan is in place, asphalt patching can be minimized.

Summit Sweeping & Asphalt Maintenance, LLC, does not just ‘fill-in’ the holes we:
- Cut & remove damaged asphalt
- Prep area with road base, compact, tack oil
- Replace with a minimum of 3” asphalt matte
